No Placement Guarantee Before Contract
Submitting an enquiry or application does not guarantee candidate placement, resource availability, employment, or engagement. Any staffing or recruitment service is subject to discovery, written agreement, and commercial approval.
Pricing Subject to Discovery
Published pricing is indicative and may change based on role type, seniority, working hours, timezone, experience, contract length, management model, and client requirements.
Confidentiality
Clients and candidates may share confidential information during enquiry, screening, and onboarding. Formal confidentiality, NDA, and data handling terms should be agreed in the relevant contract where required.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate role requirements, timely feedback, appropriate access controls, clear task expectations, and lawful work instructions for any approved resource.
Direct Hire and Conversion Fee
Where a client directly hires, converts, or engages a presented candidate outside the agreed staffing model, a direct hire or conversion fee may apply under the commercial terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, SOCGuardians Workforce & Recruitment is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business interruption losses arising from website use or preliminary enquiries.
